DREA XÙ is a Vietnamese-Canadian singer-songwriter from Montreal who doesn’t sound like anyone else in the world - and she doesn’t try to. With a voice that’s raw, haunting, and heartbreakingly human, she sings straight from the gut. There’s no polish, no pretension - just unfiltered emotion that cuts deep.

Her songwriting is fearless in its honesty, carving space for the feelings we’re taught to bury. Shame, longing, guilt, uncertainty - DREA gives voice to the unspoken, daring to be vulnerable in a world that rewards masks.

Over the past year, she has made her mark on stage, from headlining her first show at La marche à côté - drawing a crowd of over 130 - to singing the national anthem at Parliament for  Asian Heritage Month. Her debut EP, Where Do I Go?, is a reflection of that tension - the ache of chasing a dream while still feeling completely lost. Funded by the Canada Council for the Arts, it’s a confessional map of someone doing what they love, yet unsure of where it’s all leading.

With DREA XÙ, nothing is performative - it's all real. And it hits you exactly where you didn’t know you needed it.
